Melissa Phillips grew up in Corona Del Mar and is a lifelong resident of Orange County. Following graduation from Laguna Beach High School, Melissa earned an honors degree in Clinical Psychology from Arizona State before returning to her beloved home state of California to pursue graduate studies in education at Long Beach State and UCSD.

Before entering the world of real estate, Melissa launched her career as an elementary school teacher where she honed her skills as an excellent communicator and tireless multi-tasker before migrating into the high-tech corporate world. With her tenacity and excellent negotiation skills, Melissa quickly progressed into an executive sales position where integrity and the customer experience drove results.

Thru real estate, Melissa has been able to not only help families find their forever home, but has been able to give back. Coming from a long line of veterans, Melissa became a Military on the Move specialist. MOM is an organization where agents and their affiliates offer a credit from their proceeds to active and retired military personnel.

In her free time, Melissa likes to snowboard and wake surf with her two boys. Watching sports (live if possible), binge watching a great series and sleeping in are all a close second.

Melissa is not only a real estate agent, but homeowner and investor. She understands what is like to sit on both sides of the table. Melissa is passionate about real estate, a business which combines her love of the stunning California Coast, customer service, and most of all, helping people achieve their dreams.
